We've  assisted financial services organisations that were determined to attain global best practice in governance and identifiable operational improvements. In one example, our client requested that we assist them in moving their governance towards best practice. Our governance review resulted in a 94% improvement in identified benchmarks over a 12 month period. The review outcomes not only exceeded all expectations the organisation also moved towards best practice.

Strategy

We work with many organisations to develop strategy that will underpin growth in a new market. One example is strategy development undertaken with a major public health organisation. As government funding to the organisation is steadily being reduced, our client wanted to identify new sources of revenue and commercialise their internal culture for long term sustainability. Working closely with our client we developed strategic plans and operating structure that has led to significant new revenue streams and market profile.

Operations

Internal operations must be aligned with an organisation's governance and strategic plans if long term success is sought. Working with a well known financial services client we reviewed all key processes and procedures and ensured that operations met every applicable regulatory requirement. We revamped the key processes and implemented decision maps and operational reference tools. Our approach met all aims and led to significant cost savings for our client.
